Ninja Guarantee Terms & Conditions
This Guarantee Terms and Conditions (“ Guarantee”), accessible at www.ninjakitchensa.com/RegisterMyGuarantee, is subject to KSA laws and regulations, to the extent allowed by such laws. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Guarantee and KSA laws, the provisions of KSA laws shall prevail.
Definitions
- “Ninja” refers to SharkNinja Operating LLC, the manufacturer of Ninja products
- “Company” refers to Al Khayyat Enterprises LLC, the official distributor and distributor of Ninja products within KSA.
- "Products" Refers to the range of kitchen and outdoor appliances provided through www.ninjakitchensa.com including but not limited to air fryers, pressure and multi-cookers, indoor electric grills, ovens, coolers, blenders , and other related accessories.
The Ninja Guarantee
When a consumer buys a product in the KSA, they are entitled to legal rights relating to the quality of the product (referred to as your “legal rights”). these rights can be enforced against the retailer, including Ninja if you bought your Ninja Products directly from www.ninjakitchensa.com
At Ninja we are confident in the quality of our Products. That’s why every Ninja Product comes with a standard manufacturer’s Guarantee of two (2) year from the date of purchase.
This manufacturer’s Guarantee, provided by Ninja and administered in KSA by the Company, covers parts and labour and is subject to the terms and conditions of use, including but not limited to, exclusions for misuse, accidental damage, and normal wear and tear, as outlined in our full warranty terms.
The Guarantee reflects how much confidence we have in the quality of our products and our manufacturing standards.
Please note that the manufacturer’s Guarantee is separate from, and does not affect your legal rights.
This Guarantee applies only to products purchased and used within the KSA
How long are new Ninja Products guaranteed for?
All new Ninja Products come with a standard manufacturer’s Guarantee of two (2) year from the date of purchase.
How do I register my Ninja Guarantee?
If you have purchased your Ninja Products directly from ninjakitchensa.com your Guarantee is registered automatically. If you bought it from an authorized retailers anywhere in the KSA , you can register your Guarantee online
Please note that , international models and Products purchased outside the KSA or from unauthorized retailers are not covered by Ninja Guarantee. Coverage is applicable only to Products purchased and used within the KSA from either the official website (www.ninjakitchensa.com) or an authorized retailer.
- To register online, please visit www.ninjakitchensa.com/RegisterMyGuarantee or scan the QR code in your instruction booklet.
- Make sure to Keep record of the date you purchased the Product.
IMPORTANT:
- Keep your receipt. If you bought your Ninja Products from anywhere other than ninjakitchensa.com.retain your receipt as it will be required to validate your Guarantee and process any claims.
- Territorial Limitation.
The free Ninja Guarantee applies only to Products purchased and used within KSA from either the official website (www.ninjakitchensa.com) or an authorized retailer.
What are the benefits of registering my free Ninja Guarantee ?
By registering your Ninja Products, you will receive additional coverage beyond the standard one (1) year Guarantee, extending the total length of your Guarantee depending on the specific Product and model. Registration also ensures we have your details on file, making it easier for us to assist you in the future.
If you opt-in for communications from us during registration, you will receive:
- Tips and advice to help you get the best performance from your Ninja Products.
- Updates on the latest Ninja technology, product launches, and exclusive offers.
What is covered by the free Ninja Guarantee ?
The free Ninja Guarantee covers the following:
- Repair or replacement. At Ninja’s discretion, your Ninja Products will be repaired or replaced including all necessary parts and labour, provided the issue falls within the guarantee’s terms and conditions.
- Products Purchased within the KSA: Coverage applies only to Ninja Products purchased in KSA from ninjakitchen.ae or an official retailer in KSA.
- What is not covered by the free Ninja guarantee?
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage or faults caused by negligent use, improper care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling that does not comply with the Ninja Operating Manual provided with your Products.
- Damage resulting from the use of the Ninja Products for purposes other than normal domestic household use.
- Damage caused by use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Damage caused by use of parts and accessories that are not Ninja Genuine Components.
- Faulty installation (except where installation carried out by Ninja or its authorized agents).
- Repairs, modifications or alterations carried out by individuals or entities other than Ninja or its authorized agents.
Exclusions:
International models or products purchased outside the KSA, or from unauthorized retailers, are not covered by this Guarantee.

How can I claim under the free Ninja Guarantee ?
To make a claim under the free Ninja Guarantee, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service helpline on +966 533531809. For service hours please visit our website under ‘Contact Us’ section. Standard call charges may apply, and you’ll be put straight through to a Ninja representative or an authorized representative of the Company.
- You can also access online support at www.ninjakitchensa.com/customer-care. The Ninja representative will go through some troubleshooting with you, and if we conclude that the item has failed and eligible for service under the Guarantee, , we may ask you to drop it at the retail outlet where you bought the item or provide further instructions on how to proceed.
